Blocked Drains

Fast diagnosis and clearance for blocked outdoor drains — CCTV survey, report and unblock for £150, with a same-day fix in most cases.

Signs of a blocked drain

If you're seeing any of these, it's worth getting it looked at before it turns into a bigger job — a slow drain rarely fixes itself, and standing water around drains can affect the surrounding ground over time.

How we approach it

We start with a CCTV survey to see exactly what's blocking the line and where, rather than guessing. In most cases the blockage can be cleared the same visit — the £150 covers the survey, a written report, and the unblock itself.

If the survey shows the blockage is caused by root ingress or a collapsed section, forcing a clear isn't a real fix — we'll explain what's actually going on and give you a separate quote for the repair.

Please note

We handle outdoor drainage systems specifically — external pipes, main drains, manholes and soakaways. We don't service internal blockages such as sinks, showers, or toilets.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to unblock a drain?
£150 covers the CCTV survey, written report, and unblock — a genuinely fixed price, not a "free call-out" with charges added per half-hour once we're on site. If it turns out to be root ingress or a collapsed pipe that can't simply be cleared, we'll give you a separate repair quote.
How quickly can you come out?
We offer same-day fixes wherever possible across Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset and Devon. Call us and we'll give you a realistic time-frame straight away.
Do you unblock indoor sinks or toilets?
No — we exclusively handle outdoor drainage systems: external pipes, main drains, manholes and soakaways.
